RULES

1. Registration on the platform

Attendance at the event requires voluntary online registration. During registration, the following information is mandatory:

• Full name

• Email address

• Mobile phone number

• Social media link

• date of birth.

Registration is required for ticket issuance and communication purposes.

2. Personal Data Protection

Data is processed in accordance with the Georgian Law on “Personal Data Protection.”

• Data is used only for communication and safety purposes related to the event.

• Data will not be used for marketing purposes.

• Information will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

• Guests have the right to request data correction, deletion, or cessation of processing.

Blue Balls does not request, store, or process financial information from users. At no point will Blue Balls ask for credit or debit card numbers, bank account details, IBAN numbers, online banking credentials, payment authentication codes, CVV/CVC codes, or similar financial data.

2.1 Ceasing Data Processing

• SMS notifications can be stopped by sending a message with the code provided in the SMS.

• To unsubscribe from email notifications, click the “Unsubscribe” button.

• To delete your ticket purchase history, contact us via email: info@bballs.ge

3. Age Restriction

Only individuals aged 18 or older (in accordance with Georgian law) are permitted. To attend, presenting a valid ID at the entrance is mandatory.

4. Admission Requirements

To enter the event, you must:

• Present a ticket with a QR code

• Present a valid ID card or passport

• Pass a security check

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry for safety reasons or violation of rules.

5. Security Check

Upon entry, the following are required:

• Visual inspection

• Bag/personal item check

• Temporary confiscation of prohibited items*

• Guests who do not pass security checks will not be allowed entry.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are forbidden on the event premises:

• Weapons or weapon-like objects.

• Sharp or cutting objects.

• Pepper spray, stun guns, or other defensive tools.

• Flammable, explosive, or toxic substances: sprays, powders, deodorants, aerosols, perfumes, nail polish, or acetone substitutes

• Pyrotechnics and other explosives.

• Glass bottles or other glass objects.

• Illegal substances.

• Alcoholic and other beverages.

• Food, except for special dietary needs due to health conditions.

Permitted:

• Personal hygiene products.

• Any item that does not pose a safety risk.

7. Conduct at the Event

7.1 All guests must:

• Follow event rules

• Respect others’ boundaries and personal space

• Act according to consent principles

• Do not use violence, threats, or harassment toward guests or staff

• Follow staff instructions

7.2 Prohibited conduct:

• Breaking event rules

• Physical or verbal abuse

• Sexual harassment

• Homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, or any discrimination

• Violating others’ personal space

• Unwanted touching

• Damage to bar/event inventory or equipment. Violation may result in immediate expulsion or temporary/permanent suspension of membership. Guests must compensate for any damage to equipment or inventory (see Section 13).

8. Privacy and Photography

Prohibited:

• Taking photos or videos with any device

• Audio recording at the bar (except on the dance floor)

• Use of flash, bright screens, or additional lighting

• Revealing or sharing other guests’ identities or images

8.1 Darkroom rules

• No loud talking, shouting, or laughing

• No mobile phone use for any purpose

• No use of any kind of lighting

• No laser use

8.2 Violations

Some violations (noise, phone use, lighting, etc.) will receive a single warning; repeated violations result in immediate removal. Taking photos/videos results in immediate expulsion without warning.

8.3 Staff authority Staff may:

• Point out rule violations and issue warnings

• Require immediate deletion of recorded material

• Verify deletion, including in “Recently Deleted” folders

• Require guests to leave the premises

8.4 Unauthorized sharing

Any unauthorized photography/video and sharing allows Blue Balls to request deletion and suspend or cancel membership, regardless of whether the act was noticed on-site.

9. Alcohol and Substances

• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

• Organizers may refuse entry or expel guests under excessive intoxication.

• Sleeping in the bar area is prohibited.

10. Health and Responsibility

Blue Balls is not responsible for guests’ health or property if damage occurs due to their behavior, violation of safety rules, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. Guests are responsible for their own health and conduct.

11. Cloakroom and Personal Items

• Any found item should be immediately handed to bar staff or the cloakroom for safe storage and return.

• Blue Balls and Thelema Bar only ensure security for items left in the cloakroom, stored in a designated area.

• Items left outside the cloakroom are the owner’s responsibility.

• Blue Balls and Thelema Bar are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items, except when caused directly by staff negligence. Lost items: Fill out the special form.

Found items are kept for one week at: Ia Ekaladze 8, 19:00–01:00. After this period, the organizer may dispose of items, donate them, or otherwise manage them.

12. Emergency Situations

All guests must immediately comply with lawful instructions from organizers, bar management, security, and state authorities (fire/rescue, police, etc.) in emergencies (fire, explosion, electric shock, natural disasters, etc.). Guests must not obstruct evacuation, emergency services, or endanger others’ lives and health.

13. Damage to Inventory

Blue Balls reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage caused by a guest to inventory or equipment.

14. Rule Changes

Blue Balls reserves the right to update or modify rules in accordance with safety or legal requirements.
